Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate about products, values and history.
- Engage customers confidently, demonstrating passion for the brand.
- Handle customer requests or issues transparently and effectively.
- Maintain a high pace during busy times, staying on your feet and shifting as demand requires.
- Use POS and other systems to process orders, payments and inventory.
- Support a clean, welcoming atmosphere in the pub and B&B.
- Collaborate with the manager and teammates to ensure smooth operations.
- Exceptional customer‑service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
