Position: Nursery Manager
Hours: 40h per week
Location: Hammersmith and Fulham, London
Salary: £52,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus a generous benefits package.

About the Role

We are seeking anexperienced and dynamic Nursery Managerto lead a thriving nursery with over100 places at full capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional care and education, can effectively engage with parents, and has a proven track record ofmanaging busy settings.

As a Nursery Manager, you will:

  • Motivate and inspire the team, ensuring high standards of care and education.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and confidently manage expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure the nursery operates at the highest level.
  • Work alongside anOffice-based Deputy Managerfor operational support.
  • Receive guidance from aDirector and QA teamwho provide excellent support.

Requirements

  • Minimum of3 years' experienceas a Nursery Manager in a similar-sized setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop the team.
  • Experience in driving quality standards and achieving positive outcomes for children.
  • Ability to engage effectively with parents and build strong relationships.
