We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursery Manager to lead a thriving nursery with over 100 places at full capacity. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional care and education, can effectively engage with parents, and has a proven track record of managing busy settings.

As a Nursery Manager, you will:

  • Motivate and inspire the team, ensuring high standards of care and education.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and confidently manage expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure the nursery operates at the highest level.
  • Work alongside an Office-based Deputy Manager for operational support.
  • Receive guidance from a Director and QA team who provide excellent support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Nursery Manager in a similar-sized setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and develop the team.
  • Experience in driving quality standards and achieving positive outcomes for children.
  • Ability to engage effectively with parents and build strong relationships.
