We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead our client's new nursery in Crawley. The nursery is set in a beautifully renovated Victorian home with light, modern, and spacious interiors, complemented by extensive outdoor areas. These include gardens for each age group and a dedicated Forest School area, creating a magical environment for children aged 3 months to 5 years to play, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the nursery, ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
  • Provide strong leadership, supporting your team to deliver exceptional care and education.
  • Plan and implement an engaging, individualized curriculum that fosters each child’s development.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with parents, carers, and external stakeholders.
  • Manage operational duties, including staffing, budgeting, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • A Level 3 or higher qualification in Early Years Education.
