Work Wales are working with a local based organisation to find a compassionate and committed Manager. The role will involve supporting individuals who have Learning Disabilities to develop life skills along with pursuing any activities and interests they may have.

Duties:

– Provide care and support to individuals in two care settings

– Assist with daily living activities

– Coordinate and schedule medical appointments

– Create and implement individualised care plans

– Ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for individuals

– Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
