The Role
This is a full time permanent position based on site at our clients production plant working either a fixed morning shift or fixed afternoon shift. You will be responsible for a team of 7 to 10 operatives / senior operatives and report to the departmental manager. You will provide effective support in running the production lines in accordance with the product specifications, company standards and procedures regarding hygiene, safety, quality, quantity and cost.
You will provide leadership direction and support to your team as well as managing their efficiency, effectiveness and quality of products they produce.
