Work Wales are currently working with a highly reputable local manufacturer to recruit a Production Assembly Operative to join their exciting team.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced assembly production operative preferably with previous electrical experience. This is a permanent position with no shift work. You will be working 8am - 5pm Monday - Thursday and an early finish on a Friday at 2:30pm.
Duties
- Inspection, cleaning and preparation of electronic products
- Assembly of standard electronic products
- Testing of finished electronic goods
- Use of hand tools and soldering iron
- Following processes in accordance with production procedure documents
- Assist in the preparation of test & production procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience completing hands-on assembly in a production environment
- Experience working with electronics
- Able to use hand tools and soldering iron
- Have a keen eye for detail
- A team player
- A flexible worker happy to help out wherever required
In return
This is a permanent position with no shifts! Excellent working hours offering an early finish on a Friday. You will be part of a small friendly team in an excellent working environment.
