The Company: This Swansea-based organisation provides high-quality used plant equipment to an extensive range of clients. They buy, refurbish and sell a large variety of plant equipment covering many brands.
Details: This is a permanent position working Monday - Friday from 07:30 to 16:30 in a well-appointed Swansea-based workshop. The role suits an experienced plant fitter capable of working on a wide variety of equipment and brands.
Responsibilities:
- Drive a variety of machines around the premises, including 1.5t to 15t diggers, wheeled dumpers, telehandlers, skid-steers, 3CX diggers, and ATV/Gators
- Unloading and loading machines to and from transport
- Mechanical fault finding and repairs
- Hydraulic and electrical repairs
- Pressure washing machines down
- Refurbishment works
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Experienced plant fitter able to work on a wide variety of machines and brands
- Solid mechanical and electrical knowledge
- A flexible team player
- Strong attention to detail
