A global manufacturer of high-performance insulation and fire protection solutions due to their continued success are seeking an experienced Export Sales & Logistics Coordinator to join their team at their Maesteg headquarters. This office-based role is responsible for managing international customer accounts and coordinating export sales orders and shipments by air, sea and road.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and own international customer accounts within an allocated territory
- Prepare and process export quotations and sales orders
- Coordinate air, sea and road freight, including groupage
- Prepare all export and customs documentation (commercial invoices, EUR1, certificates of origin, letters of credit, etc.)
- Monitor shipment timelines and track deliveries
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, managing enquiries and expectations
- Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries end-to-end
- Ensure pricing, technical data and orders are processed accurately
- Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and company standards
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with “Customer First” values
- 3–5 years’ experience in export sales, export administration or international logistics
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms (2010)
- Experience with air, sea and road freight, including customs procedures
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Confident working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- IT literate (Microsoft Office, MS Teams); CRM experience desirable
