to join our clients customer service team Supporting the Customer Development Manager, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service while coordinating sales administration, reporting and day to day customer support. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to build strong customer relationships and contribute to the continued success of the business. The Role Deliver excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries. Process sales orders and maintain accurate CRM records. Manage customer complaints and support the customer portal. Liaise with production to resolve customer queries and ensure a smooth customer experience. Prepare reports, support tenders and assist with business projects. Coordinate customer visits and exhibitions as required. Support continuous improvement by helping to develop processes and systems.
