As a Trainee Estimator, you will play an essential role in interpreting customer requirements and turning them into professional, tailored solutions. Through excellent communication and attention to detail, you’ll provide quotations and 2D AutoCAD drawings that meet budget, specification, and aesthetic needs therefore ensuring customer satisfaction and return business.
The role:
- Learning to produce accurate 2D AutoCAD drawings to support customer quotations
- Handling and responding to customer enquiries
- Producing clear, detailed, and competitive quotations
- Following up quotations to nurture client relationships
- Gathering detailed information from customers to provide the right solution
- Using a CRM system to manage customer data and sales activity
