Executive Assistant Cardiff or Swansea based £35000 – £40000 An exciting new position has emerged to work as an Executive Assistant / Senior PA to the CEO of a large organisation. You will be required to provide a high level of administrative and business support. The business is South Wales based with branches in both Swansea and Cardiff. The successful applicant could be based at either branch to suit their own needs. Duties and Responsibilities Complete diary control and coordination Making travel arrangements as required Extensive liaison with internal and external business partners Follow-up on outstanding information / requirements on behalf of the CEO Preparation of documentation required for meetings including presentations and reports Arranging meetings and appointments as required Attending meetings to take minutes, create follow-ups and follow through on actions required Acting as point of contact for the CEO screening calls and correspondence Drafting of correspondence Identifying, managing and alerting CEO to urgent matters as necessary Providing full support to the CEO to ensure smooth operations at executive levelRequirements The successful applicant will have the following qualifications, experience and qualities: Extensive experience working as an EA/PA at senior director level is essential A business based qualification would be advantageous High level of computer literacy essential Able to produce high quality presentations and documentation Excellent communication skills and confident liaising at senior management level Ability to work well in a high paced busy work environment A flexible work approach able to manage changing priorities Able to multitask, handling a wide variety of duties simultaneously Must have exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail Strong coordination and problem solving skills A solid business acumen In Return This is a top EA position offering a high level of responsibility and a wide variety of duties.
