16.50 – 20.00 per hour depending on experience
Are you an experienced fitter with a passion for Cranes?
Based at their Newport Depot, our established client with sites all over the UK, is looking for a Service Engineer to play a vital role in maintaining the fleet of cranes. Your expertise will help ensure safe, efficient operations for major projects across the UK.
If you do not have Crane experience but have HGV experience, training will be given to develop the relevant skills however the hourly rate above will be reflective of the level of experience until you are a competent crane engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair of mobile cranes.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
- Follow service schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct preventive maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven fitting experience
