Job Description
Sales Support Co-ordinator Maesteg£27 - £29k We have a great opportunity for a proactive, organised and customer focused individual to join our clients commercial team.
This is a pivotal role that supports customers throughout their journey, from initial enquiry through to project completion.
You will gather key information from clients during the early stages of the sales process to enable accurate quotations, follow opportunities through the sales cycle, and ensure everything is in place for projects to be delivered smoothly and on time.
The Role Proactively research construction projects and identify new business opportunities.
Contact developers and key stakeholders to gather project information and qualify opportunities.
Obtain and validate customer information to support the preparation of accurate quotations.
Pass qualified leads to Regional Managers through the CRM system.
Follow up quotations and support the sales team in converting opportunities into orders.
Promote new products and arrange appointments where appropriate.
Co-ordinate customer projects alongside the sales team, ensuring all information and documentation is in place from order through to delivery.
Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing a professional and responsive service.
Maintain accurate CRM records and project documentation.
Work collaboratively across the commercial team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and always represent the company professionally.
