This remote, part‑time contract role focuses on improving the quality and relevance of internet search results and AI outputs. You will analyze text, images, and search queries to ensure the results provided to users are accurate, culturally appropriate, and helpful. Your ratings will directly influence the algorithms that power search engines and AI models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and rate search results or AI‑generated text based on specific guidelines regarding relevance to the user's intent.
- Classify content into predefined categories (e.g., navigational, informational, transactional) to help the model understand user behavior.
- Identify and flag content that is spam, offensive, misleading, or potentially harmful (Safety & Trust).
- Verify the accuracy of local information, ensuring that currency, measurements, and cultural references are correct for your specific region.
