You will combine creative writing skills with precise editing to design prompts that elicit specific, high‐quality outcomes, while also editing the resulting AI text to meet strict quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Write clear, concise, and creative prompts designed to test specific AI capabilities (summarization, creative writing, role‐play, etc.).
  • Edit and optimise existing prompts to reduce ambiguity and ensure the AI understands intent and context accurately.
  • Review and edit AI‐generated responses for clarity, grammar, flow, and adherence to the intent of the prompt.
  • Collaborate on developing prompt libraries and style guides that define best practices for interacting with the model.
  • Analyse failed prompts to diagnose why the AI struggled and rewrite the instructions to solve the issue.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in professional writing, editing, or technical writing (copywriting or instructional design experience is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of linguistic nuances and how phrasing impacts interpretation.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in spelling, grammar, and punctuation for both input (prompts) and output (responses).

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.
