We are hiring on behalf of a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part‐time contract role requires a strategic thinker who understands how digital content is consumed. You will help train AI models to go beyond simple text generation by teaching them how to structure information effectively, optimize for user intent, and format content for maximum digital readability. You will ensure the AI understands the nuance between a blog post, a landing page, and a social media caption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI‐generated content for structural logic, flow, and digital readability (e.g., use of headings, bullet points, and scannability).
- Develop and refine content outlines and briefs to teach the model how to organize complex topics into user‐friendly formats.
- Assess whether AI responses accurately satisfy user intent, ensuring the content answers the "why" behind the prompt, not just the "what."
- Rewrite and optimize content to align with digital best practices (including basic SEO principles like keyword integration and meta‐description creation).
- Compare multiple AI outputs to determine which strategy offers the best user experience and engagement potential.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, SEO, or web content management.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and how to organize content for different digital platforms and audiences.
- Ability to analyze user search intent and translate that into clear content requirements.
- Familiarity with digital formatting tools and best practices for web writing (scannability, tone, clarity).
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.
Location: Remote within United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia & New Zealand (you must be legally authorised to work in the country where you are based).
Compensation: $15 - $18 per hour based on location, experience, responsibilities, and performance.
We're committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and celebrate diversity in our workforce.
