We are hiring on behalf of one of our clients, a leading global player in the AI space. This remote, part-time contract role is designed for creative thinkers who can push AI systems to generate innovative and engaging content. You will develop strategies for testing the creative limits of AI—from storytelling and world-building to brainstorming and ideation—while ensuring the output remains coherent, original, and aligned with user intent.
Location: Remote within United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia & New Zealand (You must be legally authorised to work in the country where you are based)
Compensation: $15 – $18 per hour based on location, experience, responsibilities, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Devise and execute creative testing strategies to assess the AI's ability to generate original stories, poems, scripts, and marketing copy.
- Analyze AI outputs for creativity, emotional resonance, and narrative structure, identifying areas where the model feels repetitive or cliché.
- Create high‐concept prompts and 'few‐shot' examples to guide the AI toward more novel and imaginative responses.
- Collaborate on defining 'creativity metrics' to help quantify and improve the subjective quality of AI‐generated art and text.
- Explore and document edge cases where creative inputs lead to unexpected or inspiring results, helping to refine the model's creative 'temperature.'
- Strong background in creative writing, screenwriting, advertising, or a related artistic field (portfolio or examples of creative work preferred).
- Deeply curious and experimental mindset; you enjoy asking 'what if' and pushing tools to their limits.
- Excellent command of English with a rich vocabulary and a strong grasp of narrative techniques.
- Ability to articulate subjective concepts (like 'voice' or 'originality') into clear, actionable feedback.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.
- Rate: Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).
