Location: Remote within United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Australia & New Zealand (You must be legally authorised to work in the country where you are based).
Compensation: $15 – $18 per hour based on location, experience, responsibilities, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Devise and execute creative testing strategies to assess the AI's ability to generate original stories, poems, scripts, and marketing copy.
- Analyze AI outputs for creativity, emotional resonance, and narrative structure, identifying areas where the model feels repetitive or cliché.
- Create high‑concept prompts and “few‑shot” examples to guide the AI toward more novel and imaginative responses.
- Collaborate on defining “creativity metrics” to help quantify and improve the subjective quality of AI‑generated art and text.
- Explore and document edge cases where creative inputs lead to unexpected or inspiring results, helping to refine the model's creative “temperature.”
- Strong background in creative writing, screenwriting, advertising, or a related artistic field (portfolio or examples of creative work preferred).
- Deeply curious and experimental mindset; you enjoy asking “what if” and pushing tools to their limits.
- Excellent command of English with a rich vocabulary and a strong grasp of narrative techniques.
- Ability to articulate subjective concepts (like “voice” or “originality”) into clear, actionable feedback.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, managing time across multiple projects.
- Rate: Earn up to $18 USD/hr (Rates vary based on project complexity and expertise).
- Flexibility: 100% remote with no fixed schedule. Contributors typically spend 5–10 hours per week, with the option to work up to 40 hours.
