Work Strata are seeking motivated individuals to join our clients well known business in their customer service department. Customer Service advisors' daily responsibilities will include:
- Being a friendly first point of contact for our fantastic customers
- Confidently handling telephone enquiries
- Achieving targets and call communication levels
- Supporting colleagues to ensure a strong team
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions

Pay Rate: £24,897 per annum
Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 7:45 am and 7:45 pm.
