This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware and operationally focused Transport Manager to join a fast-paced transport and logistics business where you will play a key role in driving efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
The Role:
You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of transport operations, ensuring legal compliance, operational efficiency, and outstanding customer service across the business. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring someone who can confidently manage drivers, fleet compliance, KPIs and operational planning while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all transport operations and fleet activity
- Ensure full O Licence and transport compliance
- Manage driver performance, training, and development
