Work Strata are seeking motivated individuals to work for our clients already established and nationally recognised hospitality business as a guest service assistant at their hotel based in Rotherham. Our Guest Service Assistants are a vital part of our business and as a result the company has been voted in the top 20 places to work in Hospitality across the UK.
Your day-to-day duties will consist of the following:
- Welcoming our guests on arrival
- Communicating with guests and ensuring their needs are met in a polite and friendly manner
- Working as part of the team to achieve collective goals
- Adapting to challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Checking guests in with a focus on attention to detail
