No Experience necessary. Work Strata are currently recruiting Sales Advisors to join a well-known Telecoms and Internet provider at its bustling call centre based in Sheffield. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a vibrant, fast-paced environment for a highly regarded business. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and sales-focused individuals who thrive in a team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speaking to customers over the phone and talking them through our clients' products and services
  • Ensuring upselling ensuring that the customer is getting the best possible service
  • Liaising with customers in a professional and polite manner
  • Ensuring individual KPIs are met
  • Working as part of a team to ensure team targets are hit each week/month

Pay from: £26,116 - £26,738 per annum with uncapped commission.

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week between 8am-9pm Mon – Fri and between 8am – 8pm Weekends. Weekends are based on a team rota, and every weekend will not be necessary.
