Work Strata Group are currently recruiting for multiple FLT Operators on behalf of a growing logistics and warehouse operation within the pallet network sector. We are looking for experienced and reliable FLT Operators who are confident working within a fast-paced warehouse and transport environment.

Shift Patterns Available:

  • Shift: 5:00am - 2:00pm
  • Shifts: 11:00am - 7:00pm

The Role:

This is a hands-on warehouse and FLT position involving the loading and unloading of trailers, warehouse operations and supporting the smooth running of daily logistics activity. Candidates with previous pallet network experience and experience loading/unloading double deck trailers will be highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently
  • Operating FLT equipment within a busy warehouse environment
  • Loading and unloading double deck trailers
  • Order picking and stock movement
  • Completing warehouse and transport paperwork accurately
  • Carrying out daily FLT checks
  • Supporting stock control and warehouse operations
  • Maintaining high Health & Safety standards at all times

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
  • Previous warehouse and FLT experience essential
  • Experience within pallet network operations preferred
  • Experience loading/unloading double deck trailers highly advantageous
  • Strong awareness of Health & Safety
  • Good attention to detail
  • Reliable, hardworking and able to work within a busy operation
