ABOUT US
Reface NE transforms kitchens, bathrooms and bedrooms across the North East. We work from our showroom with our own installation teams and trusted trade partners, and we deliver jobs accurately and first time.
THE ROLE
As our Installations Coordinator, you run delivery. Once a customer has committed, with a date agreed and a deposit paid, the job and the customer are yours. Every job starts on the date we promised, with every material in place, the right team on site and the customer ready. You see it through to completion and final payment.
The plan. You own the installation calendar. You place every order exactly as specified, run a readiness check on every job before it starts, and coordinate the fitting teams, third-party trades and waste removal. Nothing reaches install day by luck.
The customer. From handover to completion you are the customer's single point of contact. They never have to chase you. Problems reach them from you first.
You report to the CEO and line-manage our Warehouse Operative / Driver. The Installations Coordinator is a big, central role. It suits someone who likes being the person the whole operation runs through.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the installation calendar, and give our Kitchen Surveyor dates that can actually be delivered
- Accept each job at handover and own it through to completion
- Place materials orders on time and exactly as specified, and manage day-to-day supplier relationships
- Run a written readiness check on every job ahead of its start date: materials, fitting team, third parties, waste and customer
- Brief and coordinate in-house fitting teams, subcontractors and trades such as plumbers, electricians, gas engineers and plasterers
- Visit sites, carrying out quality and health and safety inspections
- Handle customer changes, collect payments due after the deposit, and sign off every finished job with the customer
- Own every remedial until it is closed, record what caused it, and make sure it does not happen again
- Run the daily team meeting
- Cover home surveys when our Kitchen Surveyor is off. Training is provided
