Work Strata group is working with one of the UKs leading breakfast cereal manufacturers to hire General Operatives to work at their state-of-the-art site in Kettering, Northamptonshire.
General Operatives Day to day duties will include:
- Ensuring production machines are running smoothly and efficiently
- Working on the production line
- Working as part of a fast-paced environment to ensure that individual and collective KPIs are achieved
- Keeping work area safe, clean and tidy
