Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team.

The Role

You'll be speaking with candidates who have applied for jobs, discussing their experience, career goals and availability, while helping them access suitable employment and training opportunities.

Duties Include:

  • Calling candidates who have applied for vacancies
  • Discussing suitable job opportunities
  • Booking candidates onto interviews and training programmes
  • Providing updates throughout the recruitment process
  • Building positive relationships with applicants
  • Maintaining accurate records and notes
  • Delivering an excellent candidate experience

What We're Looking For

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Confident speaking on the telephone
  • Good computer skills
  • Organised and reliable
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Previous experience in customer service, recruitment, call centres, sales, hospitality or retail would be beneficial but is not essential.
