WORK-SELF is building Maya Enterprise, the human context infrastructure for enterprise AI transformation. Every enterprise is deploying AI agents. None of them have a system that tells those agents how to work with each individual employee. Maya is that system: an MCP-native Human Context Server that serves structured, governed employee context to enterprise AI agents at runtime, while coaching employees through the transformation itself. In our first year we closed numerous enterprise contracts across banking, utilities, property services and European public finance, reached EBITDA positive with a team of six, and hold a granted US AI patent assigned to the company. We deployed the Maya Human Context MCP Server to our first enterprise clients in early 2026 and are now scaling through partnerships across the enterprise AI stack.
The role involves working directly with the founder across the four functions that drive the business: sales, marketing, operations and client delivery. This is an institutional B2B motion. Our buyers are CFOs, COOs and Chief AI Officers at 2,000+ employee regulated enterprises. Our go-to-market runs on advisory-led warm introductions, channel partnerships and consulting-grade materials, not volume outbound or consumer funnels. This is the highest-leverage seat in the company after the founder. You will see every deal, every partner conversation and every board decision.
What you will own:
- Enterprise sales execution: Prepare account research, briefing documents and follow-up materials for named enterprise pursuits. Keep the pipeline and CRM accurate and current. Coordinate meeting logistics and next steps so no deal stalls on process.
- Partner and channel GTM: Support live partnership workstreams with ISV, systems integration and automation partners: coordinating joint materials, tracking commitments and keeping multiple workstreams moving in parallel.
- Client campaign and pilot execution: Run the operational side of enterprise pilots and benchmark programmes: timelines, stakeholder communications, data collection coordination and results packaging into case studies.
- Enterprise marketing: Turn client results, benchmark outcomes and product milestones into consulting-grade collateral: one-pagers, case studies, LinkedIn content and event materials aimed at institutional buyers.
- Operations and special projects: Support investor materials, board preparation, internal process build-out and whatever the company needs next. Product coordination with our technical team when client requirements shape the roadmap.
You will know you are succeeding when:
- Enterprise pursuits move faster because materials and follow-ups are ready before they are needed.
- Partners describe working with us as the most organised relationship they have.
- Pilots convert to case studies within weeks of completion, not months.
- The founder spends his time selling and building, not chasing process.
Who does well here:
- 2 to 4 years in management consulting, investment banking, enterprise B2B SaaS, or an early-stage startup selling to large organisations.
- Strong written communication to an executive standard; you can draft a client-ready document without three rounds of edits.
- Comfortable running five workstreams at once with minimal supervision.
- Commercially curious about enterprise AI, agentic systems and workforce transformation.
- Evidence you finish things: campaigns shipped, deals supported, projects delivered.
You do not need prior AI industry experience. You need judgement, speed and an ownership mentality.
What you get:
- Direct daily work with a founder who has built and exited an enterprise AI company.
- Meaningful equity in a revenue-generating, EBITDA-positive company at seed stage.
- A defined growth path: this role is built to become Head of GTM Operations or Chief of Staff as the company scales.
- Competitive salary benchmarked to London enterprise startup rates.
- Hybrid working from London with client and partner exposure from week one.
