A full Driving Licence and access to a vehicle are essential due to the location of the office.
Duties
- Developing and delivering a long‑term individual giving strategy
- Managing the day‑to‑day development and execution of individual giving campaigns to generate repeat gifts and grow income
- Growing income from appeals, regular giving and donor development programmes
- Planning and delivering multi‑channel fundraising campaigns
- Developing supporter journeys to improve retention and lifetime value
- Using data and insight to drive performance and decision‑making
- Working collaboratively across marketing, PR and engagement activity
Ideal Candidate
- Knowledge and experience of the principles of direct marketing, database and donor acquisition, retention / development
- Knowledge of strategies, approaches and techniques used specifically to fundraise from individual giving, using a variety of channels from digital to direct mail
- Experience in managing regular giving, donor acquisition and retention campaigns
- Experience of monitoring and analysing direct marketing campaigns
- Experience of successfully identifying new income streams and providing strategic direction for further development
- Ability to develop and implement an individual giving strategy
- Confidence using CRM systems and fundraising data
