We at Work Lyf group are recruiting a Senior Process Engineer for our global client based in Warrington.
Experience required: Hygienic Liquid / Food or Beverage Process Engineering field (FMCG)
Salary: 70k plus benefits, car or car allowance, and 10% annual bonus
Responsibilities:
- Lead/execute design production, technical and commercial proposals and project execution (detailed designs through commissioning).
- Project manage small projects and, upon request, support and mentor less experienced engineers.
- Work as Senior Lead Process Engineer (Pre-Sales & Execution) reporting to the Head of Project Execution for Non-Alcoholic Beverages (NAB) and Home/Personal Care (HPC).
Requirements:
- Food/Dairy, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in leading/managing Process/Equipment Bids & Proposals
- Client facing presentations / design-cost justification
- Engineering and equipment supply for hygienic processes in food, dairy, beverage, pharma or home and personal care
- Capable of independently producing designs (P&IDs, mass/energy balances) from blank canvas
- Independently and accurately calculate process capacities, equipment and piping sizes
- Independently assess risks and assure compliance to QSHE rules
