Hours: 20HRS (Between 5pm-9pm Mon-Friday. Sat or Sunday Morning)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our service delivery support function. You will lead a small operational support team in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accurate data management, strong customer service, and consistent delivery of KPIs and SLAs.

If you have experience leading administrative or service delivery teams and enjoy improving processes, supporting frontline staff, and working closely with operational managers, this role offers stability, development, and long-term opportunities.

The Role:

  • Leading the operational support team to meet KPIs and SLAs
  • Overseeing onboarding, time & attendance, pay rates, overtime, absence and timesheet accuracy
  • Maintaining systems, trackers and reports
  • Supporting operational managers and internal teams
  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Managing queries, issues and escalations
  • Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and H&S requirements
  • Producing operational reports and performance metrics
  • Managing shared mailboxes and team communications
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement

The Requirements:

  • Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Administrator
  • Background in service delivery, shared services or operational support
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
  • Confident analysing data and interpreting reports
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
