The Role:
- Leading the operational support team to meet KPIs and SLAs
- Overseeing onboarding, time & attendance, pay rates, overtime, absence and timesheet accuracy
- Maintaining systems, trackers and reports
- Supporting operational managers and internal teams
- Coaching and developing team members
- Managing queries, issues and escalations
- Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures and H&S requirements
- Producing operational reports and performance metrics
- Managing shared mailboxes and team communications
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement
The Requirements:
- Experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Administrator
- Background in service delivery, shared services or operational support
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities
- Confident analysing data and interpreting reports
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail and accuracy
