Location: ST15 AREA

Hours: 37.5hrs per week. Monday to Friday. (Hybrid Mon & Friday)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a German speaking customer service advisor to join one of our longstanding clients, located in Stone. The Role

  • Opportunity to use and develop bilingual (German/English) skills
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience across all communication channels
  • Manage orders, enquiries, and service requests with accuracy and professionalism
  • Prioritise, organise, and process all customer requests within agreed timeframes
  • Take full ownership of customer issues, ensuring efficient and effective resolution
  • Communicate confidently with colleagues at all levels, as well as external partners such as couriers and logistics providers
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure all information is processed correctly
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexibly, accurately, and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
  • Desirable: Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (training provided)
