Domestic Cleaner in Stoke-on-Trent

Work Lyf is currently recruiting Domestic Cleaners to join a local hospital based in Cheadle Staffordshire. We are looking for flexible and reliable individuals who are able to cover a variety of shift patterns. Key Responsibilities: * Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment throughout the hospital * Respond promptly to cleaning requirements across the site * Carry out deep cleaning and detailed cleaning tasks as required * Ensure all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard * Follow relevant health and safety and infection control procedures * Support the smooth running of the hospital's domestic services The Ideal Candidate Will Have: * Good interpersonal and communication skills * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail * A positive and approachable manner * Enthusiasm and willingness to develop skills and knowledge * The ability to work independently and unsupervised * A reliable and flexible approach to work * The ability to work well as part of a team Hours of Work: We are recruiting for candidates who are fully flexible and able to cover the following shift patterns: * 7:30am – 3:30pm, 4 days on, 4 days off * 7.30am-1.30pm, 4 days on, 4 days off * 4:00pm – 7:00pm, 4 days on, 4 days off Flexibility is essential, including availability to work weekends.
