We at Work Lyf group are currently looking for a Fabricator Welder to join our clients skilled team. This is a hands-on position involving both workshop fabrication and on-site installation, ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in steelwork.

Role Overview:

As a Fabricator Welder, you will be responsible for producing and installing a wide range of general steel fabrications. From interpreting technical drawings to executing precise welds, your craftsmanship will play a key role in delivering high-quality results across varied projects.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Has proven experience in steel fabrication and welding (5 years preferred)
  • Is confident working independently and as part of a team
  • Maintains high standards of workmanship and safety
  • Holds a full UK driving licence (required)

Hours:

  • 07:30 – 4:30 Monday – Thursday
  • 07:30 – 1:30 Friday
  • Full-time, permanent role
  • In-person work required

Benefits:
