Senior Design Engineer

We at Work Lyf Group are looking for a Senior Design Engineer for our established client based in Devon. You will be designing systems, processes, methodologies as well as component and vehicle designs to enhance the overall performance and visual of our range of vehicles for the customer and environment and the management of design and implementation of new product ranges.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Lead and develop a small team of design engineers to improve quality, efficiency and product offerings.
2. Manage projects in a timely manner and in line with the company\’s wider goals.
3. Producing designs and drawings, both physically & electronically that are required, tailored to meet the customers\’ requirements.
4. Liaising with Department Managers & Senior Managers.
5. To ensure design quality is followed & of an exceptional standard.
6. Ensure designs are in line with legislation and Bodybuilder guidelines.
7. Testing procedures with hands-on experience.
8. To be involved with Type Approval & Quality.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year DOE
