About the Role

Work Lyf Group are currently recruiting for an experienced and driven Water Hygiene Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of water hygiene operations, lead a team, and support the continued growth of a respected compliance organisation. This hybrid position involves a blend of office, home, and onsite work and will require travel to client sites across the UK and Europe, including some overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee Water Hygiene operations, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Lead, support, and develop the water hygiene team through effective supervision and performance management.
  • Attend sales appointments and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services and produce accurate quotations.
  • Schedule and book in work, ensuring efficient delivery and high service standards.
  • Produce reports and documentation as required.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain workflow and operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Applicants must hold at least one of the following:

  • Level 2 (or above) City & Guilds qualification, and/or
  • BOHS training in Legionella, or an equivalent qualification in Water Hygiene or related disciplines.

Requirements

Candidates must have:

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a senior supervisory or team management role.
  • Full UK Driving Licence (clean licence preferred).
  • Willingness to travel throughout the UK & Europe, including overnight stays.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
