We are currently looking for a Fleet Administrator for our client in the Automotive industry based in Newcastle-Under-Lyme.
Purpose: Support and assistance in the day to day operations of the fleet management function.
Duties may include:
- Organise Service/maintenance bookings
- Organise Vehicle logistics
- Fleetcheck Update Management
- Fleetcheck output Management
- Manage FM Accident Management process
- Day to day liaison with the Fleet Management Ops Manager and the fleet management team
- Accident Management feedback reporting to the Fleet Management Operations Manager
- Contribute to Departmental meetings
- Effective communication between AVM departments to monitor and share resource where appropriate
- Contact with client representatives, site managers etc to book appointments
- Contact with external suppliers to ensure KPIs are met
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Relevant industry experience
- Microsoft Office tools and project-specific software
- Excellent communication, organisational and client management skills
- Problem solving capability
- Professional and courteous
- Highly organised and able to juggle several priorities
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9 - 5:30
Salary: 27k to 28k per annum dependent on experience.
