About the Deputy Care Manager Role
As Deputy Care Manager, you’ll work closely with the Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team and uphold the highest standards of care. You’ll help shape a safe, nurturing, and trauma-informed environment that supports the emotional, social, and educational development of the young people in our care.
Key Responsibilities of the Deputy Care Manager:
