Salary £28,840 per annum + Uncapped Commission Available Shifts Monday to Friday (40 Hours) Monday late shift 08:50am - 19:30pm Tues,Wed,Thurs 08:50am - 17:20pm Friday 08:50am - 15:20pm or Mon-Thurs 08:50am-19:30pm The Role As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for contacting existing and prospective customers, promoting products and services, generating sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include: * Making outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers * Building and maintaining strong customer relationships * Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and services * Working towards individual and team sales targets * Managing customer information and call activity through CRM systems * Scheduling follow-up calls and maintaining an active sales pipeline * Handling customer enquiries professionally and efficiently * Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and development sessions * Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team objectives What We're Looking For To be successful in this role, you must have: * A minimum of 6 months' cold calling experience OR 12 months' experience within an outbound sales/contact centre environment * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * A confident and professional telephone manner * Strong customer service skills * The ability to work towards targets and KPIs * Good IT skills, including experience using CRM systems * A positive attitude and strong team-working ethic Benefits * Competitive salary of £28,840 * Uncapped commission structure * Full training and ongoing coaching * Supportive and friendly team environment * Career progression opportunities * Company benefits package If you're a motivated sales professional looking to join a growing business and maximise your earning potential, we'd love to hear from you
