Work Lyf Group are recruiting on behalf of our client, a growing compliance services provider specialising in Occupational Hygiene, Legionella Control and Health & Safety. They are expanding their sales team and seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant to support continued growth.
The Role
- Outbound B2B calling to new and existing clients
- Building rapport and understanding client needs
- Managing the full sales cycle, including virtual meetings
- Developing new business opportunities and maintaining a strong pipeline
- Updating CRM systems accurately
- Working closely with internal teams and reporting to the Sales Director
What You’ll Need
- 2+ years’ business development experience
- Proven success hitting KPIs and sales targets
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Telesales experience essential
- Health & Safety or Occupational Hygiene knowledge (desirable)
