What you’ll do as a Senior Therapeutic Support Worker:
- Lead and manage shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Support and develop therapeutic support workers
- Deliver structured, nurturing care for children with challenging behaviours
- Promote wellbeing, safety, and life opportunities for young people
- Collaborate with multi‐disciplinary teams and external agencies
- Uphold high standards in reporting, safeguarding, and compliance
- Deputise for the Home Manager when required
