Work Lyf is currently recruiting an Administrator to join a busy office team based within a hospital environment in Newcastle-under-Lyme. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and motivated individual to join a company that values its employees and offers a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional manner
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document management
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of operations
- Support the day-to-day administration of a busy office environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous administration experience within a busy office environment
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications
- Experience working within a similar industry or environment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work independently and manage their workload effectively
- A proactive and motivated approach to work
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
Hours of Work:
- Temporary role for 3 months
- 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Flexible start times between 8:00am and 8:30am
Contract Type:
- Temporary position for up 2-3 months
