Are you an ambitious, passionate and experienced Children's Registered Manager looking for the opportunity to build something genuinely special from the ground up? We are launching a brand-new 2‑bed Children's Residential Home supporting young people with complex needs and learning difficulties, and we are now searching for the right Registered Manager to lead the service through registration and into a successful, stable and rewarding future. The service will focus on delivering high‑quality, nurturing and structured care for children requiring specialist support within a safe and stable environment.

Requirements

  • Experience within Children’s Residential Care
  • Understands Ofsted regulations and registration requirements
  • Can confidently lead a home through registration
  • Is passionate about improving outcomes for young people
  • Can build and lead high‑performing teams
  • Has strong safeguarding and leadership knowledge
  • Wants to grow with an ambitious provider
  • Level 5 qualification and previous Registered Manager experience would be highly desirable
