ELFT is seeking a Clinical Lead Pharmacist to drive a modern, specialist mental health pharmacy service across Crisis Pathway and psychiatry liaison services in the Beds/Luton area. You will standardise pharmacotherapy, provide expert clinical input and lead on medicines safety within a network of trust teams.

The post requires a strong clinical background in psychiatric therapeutics, a postgraduate diploma, and an appetite for developing care pathways, teaching MDTs, and supporting service.
