Salary Range: £23,000-£27,000 depending on experience

Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday 9:00‑17:00 with a one hour lunch break). This role is 100% office based, to ensure a quality service provision and a supported and connected team.

This role is perfect if you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and are looking for an interesting and fulfilling career. You do not need prior insurance experience as we will provide you with comprehensive training on all insurance products and support to get the required licenses for your role. What is more important to us is that you have the skills and attitude to provide the outstanding support and service that our customers deserve.

In This Role You Will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email and in person
  • Make and receive calls to quote on and process a range of insurance products, starting with our motor and home insurance, moving onto our commercial packages as you grow and learn
  • Cross‑sell other products to customers and identify other opportunities, including our Financial Services to meet individual and team targets
  • Resolve customer queries and issues promptly and empathetically
  • Assist our clients with policy renewals, amendments, and claims
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance our customer journey
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services

About You:

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and resilient, you’re passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring top-quality sales outcomes
  • With a keen eye for detail, you are focused on high standards of accuracy and regulatory requirements
  • A dedicated team player, you do everything you can to make a real difference for your customers and are always prepared to go the extra mile
  • You have an understanding and experience of working in an office environment and delivering customer service
  • Good computer skills and familiarity with common software tools
  • While previous experience within the insurance or financial industry is a benefit, it’s not essential as you will receive full training
