We’re expanding our team and are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users. By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a gentleman in his 60’s who lives with his wife in Maldon. He is a highly creative individual who enjoys solving puzzles, working on figurines, and spending time outdoors in the sunshine. He also takes pleasure in catching up on his favourite TV shows. He is seeking someone to join him in these activities and socialise with him.

Your Role: You will deliver personalised care tailored to his unique needs, while also ensuring his overall well-being and clinical requirements are met. Your responsibilities will also include providing companionship and creating an environment that supports his physical and emotional health. This isn’t just a job – it’s a chance to have a significant impact on a person’s life.

Pay Rates: £15.00 - £17.00 per hour Approx. £210.00 - £238.00 (per 14-hour day shift) Approx. £186.00 - £204.00 (per 12-hour night shift)

Shifts Available: Full Time and Part Time Days: 8:00am - 10:00pm / 8:00am - 8:00pm Nights: 8:00pm - 8:00am
