Work Harrow, based in London E14, is seeking a dedicated Concierge to deliver exceptional customer service in a prestige residential setting. You will handle mail, parcels, and dry cleaning, monitor security, and support residents, visitors, management and contractors.
The role requires an SIA badge and strong communication, record-keeping and health & safety awareness. You will work 12‑hour shifts (8:00–20:00), 4 on/4 off, 7 days a week, on-site at the development.
