Marketing and Digital Fundraising Manager role with an international humanitarian aid charity based in Stanmore, London.
The post will lead the transformation of the charity’s brand, marketing strategy, digital fundraising, and audience growth.
The role includes managing freelancers, agencies, campaigns, and fundraising performance across multiple digital channels.
Duties
- Lead the organisation’s brand identity, creative direction, and marketing standards.
- Develop and deliver annual marketing and fundraising strategies and campaigns.
- Manage paid digital advertising across platforms including Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and You Tube.
- Oversee the website, donation funnels, SEO, and conversion optimisation activity.
- Lead email marketing, donor journeys, newsletters, automation, and donor reactivation programmes.
- Manage freelancers, external agencies, and content production including video and photography.
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance, donor acquisition costs, and campaign results.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing, digital fundraising, brand, or a closely related creative role.
- Proven experience delivering paid digital campaigns with measurable income growth.
- Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including conversion tracking.
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or small teams remotely.
- Experience managing websites, donation funnels, and email marketing programmes.
- 7+ years’ experience with management‑level responsibility.
- UK charity or non‑profit sector experience, particularly in international development or humanitarian work.
- Experience scaling digital fundraising income to multi‑million-pound levels.
- Experience building a creative team or function from scratch.
- Relevant professional certifications such as Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, CIM, IDM, or Chartered Institute of Fundraising.
