Mayfords Estate Agents is seeking a creative and organised Marketing Assistant to support and develop its social media and property marketing activities. The role focuses on creating engaging content, managing marketing campaigns and strengthening the company's brand presence. The successful candidate will help generate buyer, landlord and seller enquiries through effective digital marketing.
Duties
- Manage the company's social media presence, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Create property, lifestyle, educational and promotional content.
- Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Coordinate property shoot schedules and content requirements.
- Manage marketing campaigns for available properties and promotional activities.
- Prepare and distribute monthly email newsletters via Mailchimp.
- Monitor advertising performance and provide regular progress reports.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
- Organised with the ability to plan content in advance.
- Previous experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation.
- Understanding of paid social media advertising.
- Experience using Canva, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager or similar tools.
- Property or estate agency marketing experience.
- Creative skills in photography, video and design.
