Role & Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates across assigned sectors using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline of passive and active talent through targeted outreach, Boolean searches, and market mapping.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, reference checks, and interview coordination with hiring managers, ensuring alignment with role requirements.
- Partner closely with internal consultants and clients to understand hiring needs, deliver market insights, and refine job descriptions for maximum candidate appeal.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including offer negotiation, onboarding prep, and candidate experience follow-ups.
- Track metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness) and continuously optimise recruitment workflows using ATS and CRM tools.
